  3. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes;
  4. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals;
  5. Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance professional development.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration;
  • Recent clinical experience in acute care, aged care or hospital settings;
  • Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
