We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team, responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care in a patient-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care using highly developed interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Assess and consult patients with complex needs and develop individualized care plans;
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes;
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals;
- Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives to enhance professional development.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration;
- Recent clinical experience in acute care, aged care or hospital settings;
- Ability to work unsupervised, efficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
