We are a specialist therapy services business registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our team delivers high-quality services to participants under their NDIS plan, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
Our Services
We provide a range of services, including:
- Indirect and direct assessment, including observations and data collection
- Development of behavior support plans and functional behavioral assessments
- Support for NDIS participants with disability, their carers, family, and significant others
- Training and support in interventions and strategies outlined in the behavior support plans
- Support to meet person-centered goals
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant qualification in an Allied Health background or Behavioral Science
- Demonstrated experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Core: $90,000 – 100,000
- Advanced: $100,000 – 125,000
