Job Description:

  • Diligently assist with guest activity bookings, ensuring seamless coordination of arrivals, departures, and scheduled experiences.
  • Maintain a proactive stance on guest feedback, promptly addressing service gaps or concerns while escalating issues to management when required.
  • Contribute to rostering, staff allocation, and recruitment efforts by providing training and performance feedback for team members.
  • Ensure inventory systems are up-to-date and tools/equipment are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, adhering to OH&S practices and company policies for financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the efficient operation of all land and water-based activities.
  • Oversee and coordinate tourism activities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, marine science, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing activities in a hospitality or tourism setting, is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of marine and tourism activities, including safety regulations and protocols, are essential.
