Job Opportunity

We have a full-time position available for a Microbiologist in our facility based in Crestmead, Queensland.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art, modern work site in a highly supportive environment where comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Carrying out microbiological testing of environmental samples, raw materials, processed and finished goods.
  • Testing media and culture control as well as developing and refining test and work procedures.
  • Interpreting results, preparing detailed reports and being responsible for laboratory maintenance and process improvement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A degree in Microbiology or a related field with experience in producing and tabling reports.
  • Competency in a full range of laboratory functions with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
