Job Description

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project is a significant infrastructure development that will contribute to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide. As an Engagement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders, supporting the construction team, and ensuring the project is delivered with minimal community disruption.

You will support the Senior Engagement Advisor/Engagement Lead in executing community engagement strategies and activities within their designated precinct of the project. This will involve identifying stakeholder and community issues and developing strategies to minimize impacts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring client expectations are fully understood and developing good working relationships with the client.
  • Assisting to develop and implement the Stakeholder Relations and Communications Management Plan for the project.
  • Developing good working relationships with the project construction team to ensure activities are undertaken strategically.
  • Providing advice and assistance to the construction teams on community and stakeholder activities.
  • Writing high-quality communication materials, including notifications, newsletters, advertising, social media posts, and formal correspondence.
  • Managing responses to all project-related communications matters.
