Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach our target customers and achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the global and local corporate team to support the development and implementation of brand-specific marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with Fix Network franchisees regarding digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage online reputation across all platforms.
- Draft and edit compelling press releases to announce company news and product launches.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify newsworthy opportunities.
- Analyze and recommend improvements on all website and social media channels.
- Support paid media campaigns, including execution of SEM, paid digital, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Support global corporate marketing team with SEO strategies and onsite optimization.
- Manage internal communication platforms to facilitate efficient and transparent information flow.
- Coordinate and execute corporate events, including conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and experience with Facebook Business Manager and the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience with marketing automation solutions and data management platforms a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
