Back Dock Assistant Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our team.

  • We are seeking an individual with hands-on retail experience who is enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team environment.

As a Back Dock Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering merchandise, as well as providing excellent customer service to customers collecting goods from the back dock. You will also have opportunities to learn new skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

About this Role

This part-time position is based in our Loganholme store and involves working variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a busy retail environment, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will also be required to follow all receiving, storage, delivery, and paperwork procedures correctly, as well as being Health and Safety conscious at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to customers collecting goods from the back dock and to other staff members on a day-to-day basis.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
