About the Role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead site installations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and quality outcomes for customers. As a construction manager, you will oversee multiple projects, supervise site managers, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support construction site and safety professionals in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure a safety-first culture at all site installations.
  • Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
  • Problem-solve and provide guidance for on-site challenges, including material delays and site access issues.
  • Contribute to project evaluations, risk mitigation, and installation timelines.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety principles.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
