About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Specialist to join our Structural Heart team at Medtronic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving sales revenue and market share targets for our Structural Heart Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers to understand the clinical and service needs of our customers and provide high-level clinical service and technical support.
  • Support the sales and marketing efforts of our team by promoting and selling defined Medtronic products and services to key specialists and technical staff.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and business planning to execute on agreed actions and drive business growth.
  • Proactively manage case coverage requirements for our state and support sales and marketing programs with specific activities.
  • Lead technical in-services, presentations, and training to specified customers in consultation with Clinical Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.
  • Practice effective communication by feeding back commercial and clinical opportunities and intelligence to relevant stakeholders.
  • Consistently set and meet quarterly performance goals and support Territory Managers with inventory control and clinical study activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Clinical Specialist or equivalent technical medical experience.
  • Successful completion of Blueprint II training.
  • Comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge, including clinical papers and the ability to ask skillful questions.
  • Strong clinical and business relationships with customers and a comprehensive understanding of internal workings of hospital labs, theatres, and departments.
  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
