- Availability to work across a rotating roster
- Willingness to use personal mobile phone for work purposes
- Valid NSW Drivers C class license, with ability to drive vehicles in license class, including large cars and vans
- Willingness to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS WC to meet New Horizons employment criteria prior to commencing with us
- Take advantage of the tax benefits available only to employees who work for a not-for-profit organisation
- Work 40 hours per week and have a Rostered Day Off (monthly), that's an extra 12 days off per year
- Plus, work 10 weekends in a calendar year and receive an additional week of annual leave
