Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage and grow our newly formed analytics division.

The successful candidate will have a track record in delivering complex projects, exercising commercial acumen, with a focus on client satisfaction and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals, guiding their growth, and ensuring high standards of analytical rigour and continuous improvement.
  • Forge influential relationships with stakeholders, including senior government officials and industry representatives, and actively promote our value in research and evaluation.
  • Drive the development of both the core and commercial business streams to strengthen our impact.
About You

The successful candidate will require the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in managing complex projects to successful completion within agreed scope, budget, and success criteria.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring staff.
  • Sound knowledge of and strong experience in managing VET analytics, research, information services, and evaluation projects.
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in data analytics, information services, and/or research, evaluation, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of VET.
