Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our Southland team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and personalized experiences for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve strong sales targets and KPI results, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, providing accurate and detailed knowledge to customers to inform their purchasing decisions.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain excellent store presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on customer service and sales performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing.
