This primarily call-based role serves as a vital connection between families and our team, coaching students through challenges and keeping parents informed. As a Student Experience Coordinator, you will be a trusted guide, connector, and advocate ensuring every student succeeds and every parent feels supported.

We empower students by providing effective learning support, resources, and guidance, including regular small-group sessions, workshops, one-on-one support, and a comprehensive learning portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for students and parents, answering queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • BUILD lasting relationships by engaging families throughout the year and fostering a sense of community.
  • Stay proactive by regularly checking in with families to track progress and offer timely support.
  • Liaise with our academic teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collect valuable insights from parent and student feedback to inform and improve our operations.
