We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

As a registered service provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and support that enables our clients to achieve their goals and live more independently.

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, current First Aid and CPR certificates, and a Working with Children Check. They will also have experience working with individuals with disabilities and be able to provide personalized support and promote choice and control in daily activities.

Responsibilities will include:

* Providing personal care with dignity such as grooming, dressing, showering etc.

* Following behavior support plans to support participants live more independently.

* Driving participants to community events, doctor appointments, shopping etc.

* Assisting our participants to realize their goals in their NDIS plans

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

* Current First Aid and CPR certification

* Working with Children Check

* Experience working with individuals with disabilities
