- Develop and maintain effective HR systems and processes
- Collaborate with the People and Culture Coordinator to ensure seamless HR operations
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects as required
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
