Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of day-to-day and long-term facilities management across our new Melbourne assets.
  • Work closely with Facilities Managers and Facilities Technicians to provide exceptional services to our residents.
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries and completion of tasks, 'hands-on' repairs, maintenance, and supervision of the Facilities Technicians.
  • Identify ways to provide a better experience for our residents both now and in the future.
Requirements
  • A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification is desired.
  • Previous experience working with third-party contractors is desirable.
  • An understanding of general building services, including fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and vertical transport.
  • Experience in managing a team and taking a high level of responsibility.
  • Proactive, committed, and with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures.
  • Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.
Working Conditions

Shifts are from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, with some Saturdays and occasional Sundays and public holidays.
