We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architectural expertise, and leadership skills.

About the Opportunity:
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions
  • Mentor and lead consultants to foster technical excellence
  • Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Develop strategic solutions that address business challenges and leverage technology trends
Requirements:
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect (CTA preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or Salesforce consulting
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture, and multi-cloud solutions
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to coach and develop consultants
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
