Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

This is an exciting opportunity for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team at Richmond, NSW in support of the C-130J Hercules. The successful candidates will be responsible for meeting the technical and professional commitments of an apprenticeship, with the outcome of achieving a Certificate IV Aeroskills.
Job Description:- Interpret HSE practices in aviation maintenance
- Plan and organise aviation maintenance work activities
- Apply quality standards applicable to aviation maintenance processes
- Interpret and use aviation maintenance industry manuals and specifications
- Complete aviation maintenance industry documentation
- Perform basic hand skill, standard trade practices and fundamentals in aviation maintenance
The apprenticeship program includes theoretical studies completed at Padstow TAFE, and on-the-job competency acquisition as demonstrated through an experience journal. Our dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Mentors will provide guidance and support throughout the program.
