About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Manager to lead our team of talented Digital Art Directors. As a leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring our creative work is not only on-brand but also aligns seamlessly with our low-price leadership strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Art Directors to deliver creative assets that effectively communicate our message and meet campaign objectives.
  • Develop and drive creative briefs from concept to completion, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and strict alignment with our style guide.
  • Maintain and uphold exceptional creative execution, ensuring all campaigns resonate with impact and cohesiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • Qualifications in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience working in an agency, studio, or within a creative retail brand environment.
  • A strong command of typography, layout, general design principles, and digital best practices.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders across various disciplines, both internal and external.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide your team to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both visual and verbal – with a knack for translating ideas into action.
