Position Overview

As a Kitchen Hand, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our culinary space. Your primary duties will focus on maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the kitchen team to create outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold exceptional cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using both commercial dishwashers and manual methods.
  • Assist in waste management and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors through sweeping and mopping.
  • Follow proper procedures for disinfecting and cleaning, ensuring the correct order of chemical application.
  • Support the kitchen staff with essential tasks such as basic food preparation, including grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters and garnishes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is advantageous.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
