About This Role

Colac Salvos Stores are seeking a talented Part Time Sales Assistant to work on Fridays who loves retail, challenges, and making a difference.

You Will Assist With
  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
  • Assisting with the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Displaying stock in correct departments following policy and procedure;
  • Following Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
  • Demonstrating TSA core values in all work-related activities;
  • Heavy lifting & manual handling: Moving, lifting, and arranging stock including furniture and large donations.
About You

Previous experience in retail sales is not essential. What's crucial is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.

How To Succeed In This Role

To be successful in this role, you'll need flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area. You'll be an outstanding written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Solid technical skills are highly regarded.
