About this Role

Job Summary

As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through the maintenance and repair of diesel and petrol powered equipment.

This role requires:

  • Service, repair and maintain vehicles and equipment to high safety and performance standards.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and on-site repairs as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets 'Ready for Hire' standards.
  • Report hazards and follow all safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and uphold company values.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A trade qualification as a motor mechanic.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the field.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
  • Time management skills, including planning ahead and rescheduling according to changes in priorities.
  • A valid driver's license.
