Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Wrapper to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a key member of our retail bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Package, wrap, seal, weigh, and label merchandise to meet quality standards.
  • Stock and rotate display cases to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Follow Costco formulas and diagrams to ensure consistency and quality in finished merchandise.
  • Comply with health code and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Restock and assemble large boxes of ingredients and supplies in the prep area.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, and complete sanitation checklists.
  • Count merchandise on hand, calculate production needs, and document production on daily forms.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with front-end duties as needed.
  • Assist in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
  • Print computer-generated price signs.
  • Operate mechanical trash compactor/cardboard baler.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
