Customer Service Host

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Host.

This role involves providing exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Welcoming customers and responding to their queries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Operating gaming terminals and maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
  • Managing cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems efficiently.

Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster during peak periods, including summer, public holidays, and school holidays, is essential. This position also requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and remain alert during late-night shifts.
