At Adriatic Furniture, we pride ourselves on sourcing premium furniture that inspire beautiful living in every room.

With seven showrooms across Melbourne, each space is a stage to showcase our designs and connect with customers through inspiring, on-trend styling.

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser with a keen eye for detail, a love for interiors, and the ability to translate our brand story into engaging showroom experiences.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the visual presentation and merchandising across our seven Melbourne showrooms, ensuring each store reflects our seasonal themes, promotions, and brand aesthetic. Your work will inspire customers, maximise sales, and create an environment where our products truly shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and refresh showroom layouts and displays in line with seasonal trends, campaigns, and brand guidelines.
  • Style furniture and accessories to create aspirational, lifestyle-focused displays.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align in-store presentation with promotional activity.
  • Train showroom staff on merchandising standards and presentation techniques.
  • Monitor and maintain visual standards, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Manage and rotate stock to maximise visual impact and minimise wear.

About You

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally within furniture, interiors, or homewares.
  • Strong styling skills with an understanding of colour, space, and proportion.
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between our Melbourne showrooms.
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and setting up furniture and displays.
  • Creative, collaborative, and passionate about creating inspiring retail spaces.
