Senior IT Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical issues from the front, focusing on Windows technologies and providing L1-L3 support.

The role requires a hands-on professional with experience in managing resources and vendors. You will oversee technical operations, including on-premise and cloud-based deployments, and ensure seamless support for local users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of IT Infrastructure management, including deployment, maintenance, and backup
  • Primary technical support for local users, addressing L1 and L2 issues
  • Monitoring system health statuses and performing routine maintenance
  • Liaison point with vendors to ensure smooth business operations
  • Inventory management and procurement planning for IT equipment and accessories
  • Participation in weekly meetings with the Global IT Team to discuss progress and strategies
  • Contributions to continuous improvement of departmental procedures and processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in providing deskside/remote IT support, systems administration, and Microsoft 365 expertise
