The Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Leader who possesses strong Revit, documentation and project management capabilities to lead various opportunities including industrial, commercial and mixed use/residential buildings.

About you

  • At least 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in commercial-scale projects.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and inspire design excellence across all projects.
  • Advanced skills in REVIT for preparing detailed documentation packages.
  • A high degree of technical skills with the ability to lead Documentation and Construction phases (DA, CDC, & CC + Construction Services).
  • A collaborative and driven energy being a team player who is eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture preferably with a minimum of 3 years' local industry experience.
  • Proficient in REVIT and Adobe Creative Cloud with a strong understanding of BIM workflows.
  • Previous experience in industrial and commercial projects is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards.
  • Excellent collaboration and delegation skills capable of leading and monitoring junior team members.
