  • Lead and manage technical delivery across integrated program workstreams
  • Act as Scrum Master to manage Agile ceremonies, sprints, and backlogs using Azure Dev Ops
  • Drive sprint planning and delivery alignment across D365, Power Force, data migration, and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure delivery is on track, risks are managed, and dependencies are clear
  • Maintain high-quality Agile dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master in complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Deep understanding of systems integration (SI) projects, ideally across enterprise platforms like D365 and Power Force
  • Expertise in managing Agile delivery using Azure Dev Ops - including dashboards, backlog grooming, sprint planning & retrospectives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage delivery under pressure with high levels of accountability
  • Experience working in cross-functional delivery squads and large-scale programs
  • Desirable experience in public sector or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise data migration best practices
