    Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing development of our Salesforce platform.



Key Responsibilities





  • All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

  • Identify unused or underutilised platform features

  • Troubleshooting and solving any issues that arise with the Salesforce system

  • Provider support to users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training on the Salesforce platform

  • Creating and managing reports and dashboard to provide insights and make data-driven decisions

  • Responsible for integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as external API, marketing automation tools, back-office systems, and other CRM systems

  • Ensuring data security and compliance by ensuring the data within Salesforce is secure and compliant with relevant policies, regulations and standards

  • Liaise with key vendor including Salesforce and external development and support vendors to achieve business outcomes

  • Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and features and implement them as necessary



Requirements





  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including subject matter experts, manager, executives and technical resources

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities with the ability to configure and customise to meeting the specific needs of the business

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

  • Experience working with data within Salesforce, including data migration, data validation, and data quality management
