About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Highland. This is a full-time role within our Queensland office, where your responsibility will be to identify and acquire development opportunities, build relationships with developers and vendors, and manage projects from post-acquisition phase to pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell development sites to investors and developers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential development opportunities
  • Research zoning maps and regulations to identify suitable development sites
  • Sell DA-approved sites to developers and investors
  • Work with our in-house marketing team to promote projects and achieve desired outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with developers and vendors
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales and industry training to team members
Requirements
  • Must be registered as a Real Estate Agent or have a full real estate license
  • Must have previous experience in project marketing or site acquisition sales
  • Must have a track record of high sales results in real estate, project marketing, and development sales
  • Must be able to meet goals, targets, and KPIs
  • Must have strong organizational and planning skills
  • Must be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
