Talent Onboarding Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

As our Talent Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new starters, internal transfers, and contractors within Echo Entertainment Group. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the engagement of every candidate, from the moment they are selected for a position to joining us on their first day.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our onboarding procedures for new team members. You will be responsible for conducting and completing all required probity checks, managing data entry in tracking systems, and collaborating with relevant departments to facilitate background checks and other necessary screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and complete all required probity checks for new starters, internal transfers, and contractors.
  • Execute to a high standard, managing data entry in tracking systems with attention to detail, ensuring that probity checks are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments, Licensing, Investigations, Employee Relations, and external agencies to facilitate background checks and any other necessary screenings.
  • Ensure Compliance and Regulatory knowledge by staying up to date with relevant policies, procedures, legal requirements, and compliance standards related to Echo Entertainment Group's talent acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Communicate with new hires, internal transfers, and contractors to collect, review, and process their documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • HR tertiary degree or similar qualifications advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume HR administrative role in a regulatory environment.
  • High attention to detail, proficient data entry, and meticulous record keeping.
  • Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel.
  • Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Experience working in a centralized or shared services talent function is beneficial.

You are comfortable executing to a high standard in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and understand the importance of complying with processes. You pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to work and collaborate as part of a close-knit team.
