Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging video content for YouTube and social media platforms

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills in offline and online editing, with a strong understanding of storytelling and video production principles.

They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, brainstorming ideas and developing concepts that align with our brand's vision and goals.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of internet culture and trends, enabling them to stay current with the latest developments and incorporate new formats and features into our video strategy.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating compelling visual content and has a hunger to learn and develop through mentorship.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Content creation: editing long-form videos and creating social media content
  2. YouTube channel management: planning and executing video content strategies and fostering viewer engagement
  3. Collaboration and ideation: working closely with clients and production teams to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts
  4. Staying current with trends: keeping up-to-date with social media and content trends, identifying opportunities to incorporate new formats and features

Qualifications include:

  • A portfolio demonstrating good technical skills in offline and online editing
  • Willingness to collaborate and follow creative direction
  • Hunger to learn and develop through mentorship
  • Understanding of editing video and storytelling
  • Basic understanding of shooting content
  • Strong video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro etc) and file formats
  • Basic motion graphics and Adobe After Effects skills
  • Deep understanding of internet culture and trends is crucial
  • Previous experience working on YouTube content is a bonus
