This is a senior leadership role in the Medical Team, where you will be responsible for driving medical strategy and growth. As a Medical Manager, your primary goal will be to establish and lead the Medical Affairs function, providing strategic medical/scientific expertise to support product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of medical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide medical/scientific support for promotional materials and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups, fostering strong partnerships and collaborations.
  • Oversee the development and review of training materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as pharmacology, pharmacy, or medicine.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical affairs or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials and regulatory requirements, including ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
