About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team to safely deliver at their optimal performance. This includes fostering a positive and productive working relationship and culture between team members and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HSEC standards, hazard identification, and management are applied by departmental personnel.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the performance of people, processes, and systems.
  • Improve fleet performance through quality maintenance practices.
  • Have sound business acumen.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance.
  • Have an understanding of SAP.
  • Coach, review, and develop trades personnel to ensure their skills are optimized to their full potential.
  • A trade qualification is highly desirable.
