**Job Requirements:**

- Develop high-quality test scripts and testing strategies within timelines.
- Coordinate business user resources during requirement gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of a project.
- Keep key stakeholders informed on testing progress.
- Document all issues/bugs raised during test cycles.
- Coordinate resolution and re-testing of issues/bugs raised with business users and Development teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecommunication software and Network Equipment testing
- Agile methodology knowledge and practice.
- At least 2 years of experience in Telecommunication Application Testing, Australian experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Developing Test Strategies, Plans, and scripts from requirements documents.
- Planning and coordinating testing activities across IT and Business UAT cycles.
- Reusable test script preparation and execution.
- Detailed understanding of manual testing techniques.
- Automated testing experience and testing qualifications desirable.
