Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team in delivering accurate and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry, with a focus on the NBN project being highly desirable.

The Scheduler will be responsible for receiving, analysing, and dispatching work to a sub-contractor workforce and internal workforce, ensuring accurate information, advice, and solutions are provided in-line with WMC processes and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, analysing, and dispatching work to a sub-contractor workforce and internal workforce
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to Service Stream's sub-contractors and internal workforce
  • Liaising with sub-contractor groups, WMC line management, and NBN.Co teams on difficult or complex work orders
  • Ensuring work orders are accurately maintained, updated, and completed in Service Stream systems

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Intermediate computer skills to navigate a variety of different computer programs are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A sound knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry, with a focus on the NBN project being highly desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience working within a scheduling or work order management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills to navigate a variety of different computer programs
