Senior Fashion Stylist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Senior Fashion Stylist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding style advice in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with our management team to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and maintain impeccable store standards. Your passion for fashion and ability to build strong relationships with clients will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty through active client development.
  • Style and advise clients on high-end European Designer Fashion Brands while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Assist the management team with all retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and database management.
  • Drive in-store sales and achieve targets by utilizing your knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain impeccable store standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail high-end fashion is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and styling is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Service-minded with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and efficiency are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
