We're looking for enthusiastic, curious, and committed therapists who are excited to grow their skills in paediatrics. We offer exceptional mentoring, a collaborative culture, and a clear pathway for professional development.
About UsAt ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in developing their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills. Our team is known for its collaboration, compassion, and creativity.
What We Offer- 40+ hours of CPD annually – including monthly in-house training, national/state clinical meetings, paid PD leave, and a personal PD budget

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Full registration with SPA
- New grads and early career therapists are strongly encouraged to apply
- A passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compliance with relevant checks: WWCC, Police Check, NDIS screening, First Aid, Driver's License
