Role Overview

We are seeking candidates who can deliver exceptional customer service and promote our products and services to our members.

  • Engage with members within quality guidelines, emphasizing empathy and uncommon care
  • Communicate effectively to identify and meet member needs, focusing on resolution
  • Resolve concerns in a seamless customer experience, handling customers in vulnerable circumstances appropriately
  • Identify and investigate member pain points or complaints
  • Manage expectations and aim to provide the best possible outcomes for members
  • Commit to upskilling based on business needs

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours a week, with four hour shifts daily, Monday to Friday, and flexible working available.

About You
  • You will possess a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work ethic
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Show an interest in health insurance
  • Have previous experience in sales or promotion of products and services over the phone
  • Be solutions-focused with a positive outlook
  • Take ownership of KPIs and commit to meeting targets
