Residential Environment Cleaner Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that maintains the cleanliness and presentation of our residential environment. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure our facilities are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy five-star environment throughout our residential areas;
  • Performing cleaning duties in all internal/external back of house and public areas;
  • Ensuring adequate amenities and linen stock is available in all facilities;
  • Manual handling tasks such as vacuum cleaning, mopping, moving furniture to clean behind, wiping and dusting;
  • Working alone and as a team player alongside other staff members.

This is a casual position with regular shifts available. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to working at least 2 set shifts per week. The shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Able to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely;
  • Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques;
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member.
