**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our public area, housekeeping team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy five-star environment throughout the resort public areas and team member facilities.

The role is focused on ensuring that the daily requirements are delivered to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities will include:
- Perform cleaning duties in all internal/external back of house and public areas, including: -Front of house restrooms; Conference rooms; Dining outlets; Day spa; and back of house areas- Manual handling tasks such as vacuum cleaning, mopping, moving furniture to clean behind, wiping and dusting;- Ensuring adequate amenities and linen stock is available in all facilities; and- Work alone and as a team player alongside our housekeeping and front office staff.

This is a casual position with **2 set shifts per week. Shifts are 10pm - 6am, Wednesday and Thursday.**

**What you’ll need to be successful**- The ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely;- Experience in general cleaning including best health and safety practices and chemical handling techniques;- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work;- Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills;- Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member;- A valid Australian drivers licence (essential)
