About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled team member to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders over the phone and in-store, handling cash and Eftpos transactions, assisting with stock management, and participating in store cleanliness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Take orders over the phone and in-store using our POS system
  • Handle cash and Eftpos transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with stock management and maintain inventory levels
  • Participate in store cleanliness initiatives to maintain a clean and tidy store
