Senior Radiation Oncology Leadership Position in Melbourne

The Role: We are seeking a full-time Senior Radiation Therapy Manager for our Cancer Centre located within the John Fawkner Private Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and radiation therapy services. Your primary responsibilities will include providing effective leadership and management to the Radiation Therapist team, establishing and maintaining high standards, and ensuring suitable training and support services are effectively provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
- Provide technical supervision, education, and development to Radiation Therapists.
- Apply effective resource and workflow management strategies to optimize quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Post-Graduate tertiary qualification in Radiation Therapy.
- Current registration with MRPBA (AHPRA).
- Valid Radiation Use License in Victoria.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
