Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating national strategy into local store operations, driving sales growth, optimising costs, and expanding our store footprint in the local community. You will inspire a high-performing team culture that delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear business plan to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and increase market share.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular sales reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies.

About You

We are seeking an experienced retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have a proven track record of driving sales growth, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
