Job Overview

This pivotal role ensures successful project execution by coordinating purchasing, logistics, and supply chain deliverables across the entire lifecycle. Acting as a key team member, the Supply Chain Coordinator aligns all tasks with project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

The position requires proactive project management skills, with responsibilities that include:

  • Procurement planning and supplier coordination
  • Milestone tracking and issue resolution
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support overall project goals

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and a solid understanding of operational procurement processes and supply chain best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within machinery, engineering, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications
  • Manage supply chain timelines by tracking purchase orders and coordinating supplier activities
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks or deviations from project plans
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment
  • Support project reporting by maintaining accurate procurement documentation
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
