About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing critical support to improve our Group's performance through management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide high-quality management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting services for Consumer Property Claims across various departments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop financial advice and insights that support business plans, proactively highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  3. Develop and maintain monthly forecasts for the BAU cost base and FTE, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  4. Liaise with the Consumer Property Claims leadership team and directors, including attendance at Leadership Team meetings.
  5. Deliver annual Claims Performance budgets for the Consumer Property Claims business, covering Financial NIC, Operational Working Loss, and NH Attritional.
  6. Oversight of project and benefits forecasts and reporting.
  7. Provide expert financial advice and modeling on proposed projects, business cases, and benefits forecasting.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (mandatory).
  2. Professional qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Certified.
  3. Practising Accountants Australia (CPA) (desired).
  4. Extensive experience within a financial services organization, as well as business experience across various areas at an operational and strategic level.
  5. Insurance experience is preferred.
  6. Experience in analysis and executive reporting.
  7. Proven track record in managing relationships based on mutual trust and respect with multiple stakeholders.
