About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Liaison Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Limited. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integral relationships with our suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics providers.
  • Facilitate and drive ongoing improvement in our supplier relationships through data analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant communications are delivered.
  • Collaborate with the broader Supply Chain team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven background in data analytics and reporting, with experience in market research and insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
