Grade 1 Social Worker Wanted
Monash Health is seeking a skilled Grade 1 Social Worker to join its dynamic team at Monash Medical Centre, working in Haematology and Chronic Illness.
As a Grade 1 Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative model of care across Monash Health, providing high-quality, evidence-based social work services to patients and families. You will be responsible for carrying a clinical caseload, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality and research activities, and contribute to a positive team culture.
About the Role
- Carry a clinical caseload in designated areas, maintaining clinical expertise
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Participate in quality and research activities
- Contribute to a positive team culture
About You
- Hold a Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work Qualifying, or equivalent as assessed and approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Be eligible for ordinary membership of AASW if overseas trained
- Hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence
