Physiotherapist - Western Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established multi-disciplinary team who share a passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
- Develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs.
- You hold a degree in Physiotherapy and are currently registered with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
- You have postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community.
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
