Physiotherapist - Western Sydney Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Western Sydney. This role involves providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients under Aged Care Funding, promoting independence and restoring functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

About You- Hold a degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrate ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Have postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Have a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and independently
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be computer literate and willing to utilise required software to support working from home
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
- Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Have a valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
